Rebranded as The Leadership Convention presented by NAAAP, the 2017 annual event focuses on the thing they do best, “We Build Leaders” through education, leadership service, mentoring, being mentored, community service. The 3-day conference begins with an ERG Summit, a day-long opportunity for employees and managers of diversity, inclusion, and engagement, to discuss the activities, value, and future of employee-led groups. Leadership sessions will be interactive breakout sessions. and a diversity-focused Recruitment Expo on Aug. 18 (noon – 6 PM) for various levels of professionals. NAAAP will conclude with the NAAAP100 and Emerging Leaders Gala dinner.
