Teresa Vuong graduated from the University of Texas at Dallas with a degree in Computer Science. Being one of very few females in her class at a time when the industry was dominated by mostly men, she went against the grain even before she knew what it meant. While a CS degree opened many doors to a fruitful career in IT, her creative side was left unchallenged. Through helping her friends and family in numerous weddings, Teresa discovered a knack for event planning and has since moonlighted as a Wedding/Event Planner. Event planning not only allowed for a creative outlet but also helped her pull off her own wedding within a short 6 weeks.
Teresa has participated in the Pacific Asian Student Association (PASA), Asian American Professionals of Dallas (PA2), Foundation for Children of Vietnam (FCVN) and ATG. She looks forward to joining ATG and helping to make a difference.
